A second meeting of LIFE BEAVER project successfully ended last week at Aqualutra centre located in Goričko, North-Eastern Slovenia. In total, there were 16 participants from four organisations, from both Slovenia and Croatia. The participating members came from Lutra Institute, The Slovenian Forestry Institute, Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology (University of Zagreb, Croatia) and from Museum of Ivanić-Grad (Croatia). External revisor responsible for Slovenian LIFE projects, dr. Mitja Kaligarič, was present during the meeting, as well as a guest from the Slovenian Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning, Julijana Lebez Lozej.
During the meeting, interesting reviews of up-to-date project activities were presented by the project partners. Some of the still outstanding tasks were reviewed and goals were determined, which need to be completed before the submission of the midterm report. This was first such meeting of the partners, which was not carried out on-line. The event was especially pleasing after prolong period of working from home.
